Multinail is a family own and run business that was established in 1979. Since then they have grown significantly and they now locally design and manufacture metal connectors and machinery, providing their customer with a leading software technology and the best support and service in the industry.
As they continue to grow and refine their services, they are looking for a Chief Service Delivery Officer.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the growth of the business through conversion of new customers, training and technical support of existing customers and the roll out of new software.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of up to 10 staff across HelpDesk, IT Support, Training, Testing, Customer Transitions and Projects
- Ensure customers receive quality technical support
- Oversee development and implementation of software training resources, training plans and schedules and pre-release software testing
- Work with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure smooth customer transition and resources allocation
- Work with the Chief Technology Officer through software feature requests and errors
- Deliver software demonstrations to customers and prospects
- Contribute to service offering improvements
**Key skills and attributes**:
- Knowledge and experience of prefabricated timber, wood and floor trusses
- Experience with detailing or estimating using a purpose-built software
- Experience working with a SaaS product
- Understanding of manufacturing processes within fabrication plants
- Proven management skills - 5+ years' experience in a management role
- Time and project management skills
- Ability to analyse and provide advice to customers
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Strong Computer skills
- Analytical and report writing skills
