Job Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and proactive administrator to manage novated leasing operations.

  • The ideal candidate will prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations, liaise with dealers for pricing information, and support the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.

The successful candidate will possess strong administration skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

They will also have knowledge of vehicles and their accessories, as well as a positive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations
  • Liaise with dealers to obtain pricing information
  • Support the team to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctly
  • Maintain high accuracy standards and meet key performance indicators around turnaround times
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration and data entry roles
