Job Overview

We are seeking an individual with strong organisational skills to fill the role of Novated Leasing Administrator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations in our systems.
  • Liaise with dealers to obtain pricing and follow up on quotes.
  • Support Novated Specialists to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctly.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Pricing, Dealer Relations, Credit, and Repairs & Maintenance.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and meet KPIs around turnaround times.
  • Be part of a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administration and data entry roles within a corporate environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume tasks.
  • Confidence working with numbers and processing information quickly and correctly.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle accessories.
  • A positive attitude and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
