We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities, providing support in their day-to-day living.

About the Role:

  • As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with varying levels of needs, including domestic and personal care.
  • You will also assist clients in accessing community resources and activities, promoting their independence and well-being.

About You:

  • A strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a patient demeanor.
  • You must be available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and have a reliable means of transportation.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and the ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement are also required.

Requirements
  • Aged 18 years or older;
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency;
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence;

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification;
