
Empowering People with Disabilities as a Dedicated Support Specialist

Are you passionate about empowering people with disabilities? We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide direct support to participants in various aspects of their lives, promoting independence and capacity building.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks to participants.\
- Assist participants in accessing the community, attending appointments, and engaging in social and recreational activities.\
- Develop and maintain respectful and professional relationships with participants and their families.\\/ul>
**Skills and Qualifications:**
First Aid Certification is mandatory, while a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are also required. A National Police Certificate and Driver Licence are highly preferred.**Benefits:**
