Caregiver

As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with showering, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with general household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments and shopping
- Offer social support and respite to clients and their families
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Reliable team player
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential, but desirable)
- Police Check required
- Competitive hourly pay rate + km reimbursement
- Not-for-profit tax benefits
- Paid parental leave
- Long service leave after 5 years
- Additional week of leave for enterprise agreement shift workers
