Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to lead our Sales team in Australia. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth opportunities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by developing and expanding accounts within assigned territory
- Maintain strong sales hygiene and cadence, with deep understanding of customers' business to drive accurate forecasting and predictable revenue outcomes
- Builde deep, strategic relationships with customers by understanding their priorities, challenges, and growth plans
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, channel, pre-sales, business development, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- You must be based in Sydney or Canberra
- You have proven success selling into Federal and State Government, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas
- You have experience in enterprise software, IT services, SaaS, IoT, or managed services within complex environments
- You possess strong commercial acumen and technical understanding, enabling you to build credible and influential relationships across all levels of customer organisations
