Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our home care services.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes.
- Order and manage supplies and equipment.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
We are looking for a professional administrator with office experience and high-level computer skills. You will have well-developed communication skills and excellent phone manner, allowing you to confidently engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will have experience and qualifications in:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus.
- National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
