About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to provide essential administrative support to our home care services.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and maintaining client records and databases
  2. Preparing and distributing documents and reports
  3. Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
  4. Ordering and managing supplies and equipment
  5. Providing exceptional customer service and communication

About you

You will be a professional administrator with experience in office settings and high-level computer skills. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Your experience and qualifications for this role should include:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  7. Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus
  8. National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
