The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to support our team in undertaking job evaluations and maintenance of position descriptions. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role with hybrid working arrangements available between Melbourne and Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in job evaluation activities including administration and maintenance of generic position descriptions.
  • Allocate queries to the Reward Team via ServiceNow.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new Remuneration & Benefits policies, practices, and programs.
  • Administer tasks in HRIS (Workday) and Applicant Tracking System (Avature), including inbox management, running regular reports, and processing ad-hoc changes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in an administration role supporting a team.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in Performance and Reward.
  • Prior experience in HR or payroll is highly regarded.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently and handle multiple tasks.
