As a key player in shaping the reward and recognition landscape, we are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our remuneration strategy. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to drive organisational design, inform fair and competitive rewards for employees, and support business growth.

The Role:

We are looking for a seasoned expert with a proven track record in designing and delivering remuneration programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity. You will lead annual remuneration reviews, ensure alignment with market trends, and provide strategic advice on remuneration, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead annual remuneration reviews and ensure alignment with market trends, providing data-driven insights to inform organisational design.
  • Manage remuneration budgets, forecasting, and Short-Term Incentive processes, ensuring effective programme delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Design and manage benefits programmes, including wellness initiatives that promote employee wellbeing and engagement.
  • Provide strategic advice on sales commission programmes, leveraging expertise to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and support organisational design with grading principles, ensuring accurate and informed decision-making.
  • Deliver training on remuneration processes, providing actionable data insights and supporting business growth.
What You'll Bring:
  • A proven track record in a Remuneration role, demonstrating expertise in managing and delivering remuneration programs and strategies effectively.
  • Experience in conducting market data analysis and competitive analysis to inform remuneration decisions, driving business growth and competitiveness.
  • Hands-on experience with remuneration review processes, including budgeting, incentive reviews, and compliance analysis, ensuring effective programme delivery.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent relationship management, consulting, and communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
