Reliable Mechanic Wanted for Sydney Facility

Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to work on a day shift position at one of our facilities in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance checks on conveyors and crushers, daily maintenance on fixed plant on site, attending to any machine breakdowns, and operating a forklift.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • A trade certificate in mechanical fitting
  • An elevated work platform (EWP) over 11m high risk ticket
  • At least three years' experience conducting maintenance checks on machines and conveyors
  • Previous experience conducting start-up operational checks on all machines
  • Maintenance experience on recycling plant equipment

This role involves working Monday to Friday 6am till 5pm and half day Saturdays. Our facility specialises in waste management and recycling services. If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, please apply for this opportunity.
