Mechanical Fitter Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Wetherill Park. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the site's mechanical systems capabilities, ensuring overall equipment efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III Engineering - Mechanical Trade or relevant qualification, with experience in beverage or food manufacturing being an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in CMMS systems (MEX) and PC skills are also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment and systems for emergency repairs, carrying out preventive maintenance inspections, and implementing corrective actions to ensure accuracy. You will also be required to prioritize safety above all else and support a safety-first culture.

This is a full-time position with 12.5-hour rotational shifts, including alternative weekends. The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and hold a current Australian driver's license.

Requirements
