ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Administrative Coordinator at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Services Senior Manager and Principals in our Canberra office. This multifaceted position involves office coordination, front-of-house duties, and administrative support for several Principals.

Key responsibilities include managing reception and meeting rooms, coordinating events, maintaining office facilities, and providing administrative support. You will also assist with diary management, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.

As a member of the Operations cohort, you will contribute to fostering a strong team culture and values-aligned office environment. This includes supporting office engagement initiatives and promoting a positive work environment.

This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key skills and qualifications include previous experience in office administration, intermediate technical skills, and strong organizational and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Administration
Manage reception and meeting rooms, including setup and configurationCoordinate events and functions, including catering and logisticsPurchase and stock control of corporate stationery and suppliesProvide administrative support, including diary management and travel arrangementsAssist with bulk photocopying, binding, and large mail outsPerform ad hoc tasks and requests to ensure efficient office operationsPrincipal Support
Proactively manage and coordinate daily schedules across several time zonesCoordinate complex travel and related logisticsSchedule client, case team, and administrative meetingsSupport Principals' commercial agenda and understand case and client requirementsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
