Security Operations Lead

The Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a security team to ensure compliance with established access control protocols and monitoring systems.

A key responsibility of this role is managing site badges, tickets, and records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, conducting security screenings of all personnel entering and exiting restricted areas is crucial.

The Security Operations Lead will be expected to identify prohibited items and prevent them from being introduced into or removed from restricted areas. Ensuring compliance with all security procedures and policies is also a vital aspect of this role.
