Key Territory Expansion Opportunity
You will be a pivotal player in our team, responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the ANZ market. With a focus on public and private hospital accounts, you will promote our impressive product portfolio and develop strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Promote our leading Medical Devices & Capital Equipment offerings to drive sales growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to foster loyalty and trust
- Actively seek out new business opportunities to drive revenue expansion
- Initiate new habits/protocols & practices with customers to enhance customer experience
- Provide expert in-field training as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage territory performance and plan effective cycles to achieve sales targets
- Active involvement in contract and tender processes to secure new business
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with competitor products to stay ahead in the market
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record of Hospital Devices sales experience with a strong commercial focus
- Capital Equipment experience advantageous, as well as clinical background
- Strong experience networking within the hospital setting and working closely with surgeons
- Commercially focused and results-driven with a passion for driving business growth and achieving best clinical outcomes
