We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Officer - Rotational Lead to join our successful Client Services team at ALS Environmental Division in Stafford. Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Greet and support clients' needs through phone, email, and face-to-face communication, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Task Management: Promptly answer phone calls and emails, and liaise with the bottle dispatch team to complete tasking of client container order requests.
- Sample Management: Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of client samples to ALS Environmental laboratories, including liaising with laboratory staff when urgent samples are received.
- Investigations: Work with internal stakeholders to complete investigations through the ALS Quality Management System.
- Team Collaboration: Join and nurture a team culture to best support each other and our clients' priorities.
- Customer Focus: A positive, responsive customer focus and quality service attitude with a professional attitude.
- Learning and Development: A strong passion and interest in learning, with a willingness to absorb and retain high levels of information.
