About this role
:As a Customer Relations Representative at Applied Medical, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, stakeholders, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include receiving purchase orders, providing phone support, accurately processing documents, resolving complaints, and communicating professionally and effectively.
Your responsibilities:
- Receiving purchase orders.
- Providing phone support.
- Accurately processing of documents.
- Resolve complaints.
- Communicate professionally and effectively.
- Ensuring that Applied Medical's agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations, and customer contact.
- Observing all health and safety policies and procedures and taking all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact the health and safety of others.
- Work within and actively promoting Applied Medical's corporate strategies, policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

About you:
- Previous use of SAP in a similar environment (preferred but not essential).
- 1-2 years demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
- High level of computer literacy and Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and data management software and office equipment, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Highly effective and accurate written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly with workload demands.
Remuneration:
