Senior Business Advisory Manager – Pathway to Director/Partner

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Advisory Manager to lead our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the firm's direction, mentor high-performing colleagues and manage a diverse portfolio of business clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead with autonomy, influence and professional growth.
  • Manage a broad portfolio of business clients across various industries.
  • Deliver strategic tax, business advisory and accounting services.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff and emerging leaders.
  • Drive process improvement and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to client growth and practice development.

About You

You are ready for the next step. Currently operating in a Manager or Senior Manager role within a larger public practice, you are looking for greater autonomy, responsibility, faster progression and the opportunity to directly impact strategy and growth.

You are a confident communicator, a passionate leader and focused on delivering high-quality client outcomes.

You will bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team and client portfolio.
  • Strong technical expertise in taxation, accounting and business advisory.
  • A continual development mindset and interest in business growth.
  • A genuine interest in playing an integral role in your staff's development.
