Key Role: Area Manager

The Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
  • Location: Various locations across South East Queensland
  • Hours: 38 hours - full-time
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Support and guide Early Childhood Education Services through regular visits and discussions with staff and Centre Directors.
  2. Travel to and visit QCCS services across South East Queensland to provide support and guidance.
  3. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ECE professional standards, supporting continuous improvement.
  4. Report on service performance and visit outcomes.
  5. Create and deliver professional development training to teams.
  6. Occasional temporary assignment as a Service Director during transition periods between employees.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience as a Centre Director.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Child-focused mindset.
  • Passion for innovation.
  • Calm, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability in performance management and staff training/development.
  • Diploma of Children's Services or higher.
  • Current blue card.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
