As a trusted team member of our organization, you will contribute to delivering Australia's major Defence Infrastructure projects. This role offers career development and project exposure in a collaborative and inclusive culture.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate proposal development activities with Sales and admin support staff
  • Prepare operational and market sector internal governance reporting
  • Support internal governance requirements for proposals and projects
  • Coordinate market sector business development activities
  • Plan, coordinate and support the conduct of internal and project workshops and other engagements
You will also assist the entire team with administrative duties, including timesheets, travel, accommodation, functions, catering, etc. Additionally, you will assist Project Managers & Design Managers with monitoring the project scope, including regular review of design documents and amendment of design documents to meet the client's project brief.This is an exciting opportunity for junior project managers looking to take the next step in their career and learn from industry specialists. You will work on a variety of impressive Defence and nuclear related projects and have opportunities to grow your Project Management CV.Project coordination skills are essential to this role as you will be working closely with the project manager to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to budget.To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
