Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and administration of our infrastructure platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements
  • Respond to and resolve Severity 2 and 3 incidents

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A strong background in designing and implementing infrastructure platform solutions using VMware vSphere is essential, along with experience working with challenging networking solutions on physical and/or virtualized platforms.

Additionally, knowledge of storage solutions using SAN technologies and Incident, Problem, and Change Management disciplines, particularly ITIL v4, is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, MS Teams, VMware suite, Microsoft System Centre suite, and various other software applications
