Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a short-term project in the Central Highlands region.

This role involves cataloguing and processing physical records, ensuring compliance with relevant Retention and Disposal Schedules (RDSs). Key responsibilities include uploading data into spreadsheets, formulating patterns of flow for records being processed, sorted, barcoded, and catalogued, and liaising with senior consultants to refine processing strategies.

The successful candidate will work onsite in the client office in Blackwater, Queensland. They will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to information handling protocols.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, computer literacy, and ability to work independently. Knowledge of R&IM and sentencing practices is an advantage.
