Process Optimization Specialist

The Process Optimization Specialist is responsible for driving improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes.
- Analyze data to optimize process capability, throughput, and compliance.
- Develop and implement metrics and best practices to standardize processes.
This role requires a deep understanding of batch and continuous processing systems in a regulated food or FMCG environment.
Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise to support departments in process issues.
- Develop CI and LEAN knowledge amongst senior leaders and shop floor employees.
- Pillar lead for FI (Focused Improvement) TPM Pillar streams of work.
- Data analysis to identify current gaps and opportunities for improvements.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to drive implementation of cost improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial and experience in TPM/LEAN. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
