About the Role

Oversight of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, cost and safety targets are met.

  • Manage feasibility, approvals, procurement, contracts and construction processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, government and community partners.
About You

We're seeking an experienced property professional with:

  • Project management expertise within property development, construction or community housing.
  • Strong financial capability, including budgeting, forecasting and investment modelling.
  • Understanding of compliance, permits and approvals.
  • A solutions-focused approach and commitment to social impact.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.

This role requires the successful candidate to work closely with executive management and board members.
