Job Title:

A Director of Operations role has become available at our organization.

About The Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the day-to-day running of our service
  • Management of a team of Educators is a key responsibility for this position
Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of high-quality programs
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the programs
  • Coordinate staffing and rostering
  • Ensure compliance with policy requirements
  • Undertake administrative tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with families and the school community
Requirements:
  • A completed or near-completed relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services)
  • Experience in assisting with programming and a passion for delivering quality childcare services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain
  • Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain

Please note that a valid First Aid and CPR certification and a current Blue Card are essential requirements for this role. If you do not currently hold these, please indicate your willingness to obtain them.

The successful candidate will be required to provide documentation of their qualifications and certifications prior to commencement of employment.
