Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in Parramatta. As an Area Manager, you will work closely with area, regional and state managers to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver high-quality injury management services
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to grow services across Western and Metro Sydney
  • Maintain productivity through effective KPI monitoring and individual performance coaching
  • Promote a positive company culture that reflects our values and fosters ongoing professional development
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities

The ideal candidate will have experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, possess excellent people management and relationship building skills, and demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Psychologist (with full relevant professional membership)
  • Mandatory: minimum 3-4 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Management, business development, quality assurance and/or customer relationship management experience (essential)
  • Able to communicate effectively and adapt management approach
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and genuine commitment to continuous improvement
