Educational Leader – Only About Children Penrith

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and inspiring educators? Join our purpose-built one-level Campus, conveniently located in one of the most popular commercial hubs in Penrith.

This Penrith early learning centre enjoys two dedicated outdoor play areas, offering an array of opportunities for interactions with the natural world. Both spaces are resourced with vegetable gardens, flower bed gardens and vast shaded areas, covered naturally with mature trees and shade sails. Children have plenty of space to create, explore and lead their own play. Our six age-based indoor spaces have been designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements. Our children participate in explorative excursions and community connections within the local community.

As Our Educational Leader, You Will

Lead, mentor, and empower educators to deliver a high-quality curriculum.

Guide and inspire teams in curriculum decision-making to create meaningful learning experiences.

Work alongside the Campus Director to drive positive educational outcomes.

Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence in early childhood education.

What You Need To Succeed

Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved alternative

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

Strong communication skills to connect with families and teams.

A hands-on, collaborative, and passionate approach to early learning.

Deep understanding of frameworks and regulations.
