Job Title: Channel Excellence Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Independent Pharmacy Channel. As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic decision-making and effective execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team to deliver revenue growth and optimize channel performance.
  • Channel Management: Lead the Independent pharmacy channel with a strong ROI focus, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing data-driven solutions.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance the service model, leveraging digital marketing techniques and creative approaches to drive business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing an Independent Pharmacy Team, with a track record of delivering results-oriented growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
