Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to be a key player in our team. This role involves interpreting and analyzing structural and architectural drawings, collaborating with internal and external schedulers to design and refine job schedules, and ensuring compliance standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have technical skills in scheduling and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is also required, along with minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze structural and architectural drawings with confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external schedulers to design, review, and refine job schedules.
  • Liaise directly with customers, delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Monitor and coordinate project timelines to maintain precision and efficiency.
