Building Integrity Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to work on a diverse array of projects, conducting site inspections and identifying structural defects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out investigative works on-site for structural assessment
  • Prepare comprehensive and concise structural reports to satisfy all aspects of the structural assessment
  • Undertake remedial analysis/designs
  • Prepare technical scopes of work and tender packages
  • Foster professional relationships with stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and high proficiency in report writing and documentation.

They should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field and proven knowledge in using software for structural analysis and design.
