We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated specialist to support the delivery of restorative justice services.

About the Role

The role will involve providing trauma-informed support to victims, offenders, and their networks. This includes coordinating and managing restorative justice processes with sensitivity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and coordinate restorative justice conferences and interventions, ensuring they align with participant needs and policies.
  • Provide advice, support, and information to victims, offenders, and their networks, including referrals to relevant services.
  • Offer guidance on restorative justice principles, ensuring respectful service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and apply emotional intelligence when managing sensitive matters.
  • Promote restorative justice across the agency and support ongoing referrals through engagement and outreach.
  • Prepare clear reports and documentation to support service delivery and program development.
