Lead Care Professional
Job OverviewAs a Lead Care Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care is delivered to residents in a newly commissioned residential aged care home in Western Australia.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to individual resident needs.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing clinical governance, staff management, and resident care services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex issues and incidents affecting resident care.
This role requires a highly experienced senior registered nurse or clinical nurse leader with a strong background in aged care.
About You- A minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience as an RN in a leadership or management role.
- Proven expertise in current aged care standards and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and manage a team effectively.
You will be a passionate and dedicated Lead Care Professional committed to delivering exceptional care and supporting the growth and development of your team.
