Business Development Executive

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team at EBR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing business development plans, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
You will:
- Develop and execute a written business development plan to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, including project management companies and main contractors.
- Identify and attend industry events to network and build relationships.
- Promote our company's offerings and values to the market.
- Regularly report to the Directors on your activity and success in building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrate the quality and completeness of data in our CRM system.
- Meet monthly targets for qualified leads and conversion value.
- Work with the sales, production, and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction and long-term business goals.
You need:
- Professional English communication skills.
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience.
- Experience selling technology solutions into financial clients (desirable).
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including formal and informal presentations, listening ability, and issue escalation.
- Able to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
