Job Overview

The APAC Key Account Manager has the responsibility of managing high-value SMB accounts for our region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate regular key account outreach to identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to customers to understand their challenges and goals.
  • Continually learn to establish yourself as an expert resource for technologies and solutions we sell.
  • Develop Quarterly Briefing Reporting decks and present them to key accounts.
Requirements:
  • Proven Account Management experience working across various verticals.
  • Solutions-focused seller who understands customer problems and creates solutions.
  • Driven to expand customer relationships and find growth opportunities.
  • Numbers-driven and report-literate, with knowledge of churn metrics and retention ratios.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and navigating a large tech stack is ideal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
