**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to grow our Pitram business globally. This role involves overseeing business development, including sales enablement, qualification of total addressable market (TAM), review of proposals and pricing. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating annual Business Plans for Micromine Pitram that align to corporate objectives
  • Working with Regional Leadership and sales teams to develop and implement product and promotional strategies to existing and prospective clients
  • Identifying and developing beneficial relationships with key clients, partners, industry, and government bodies
  • Keeping abreast of global and local market trends and competitor activity and providing insight and recommendations on opportunities or threats to Micromine
  • Overseeing global sales reporting for Pitram (pipeline, bid/tender progress, account management)
  • Managing the achievement of global sales and customer retention targets
  • Designing, documenting, and modeling the offering of product and services for Pitram
  • Leading definition and updating of Profit Model, including pricing structure and level, and quantifying detailed financial impact to support budget modelling and tracking

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will have commercial management experience and a demonstrated understanding of the exploration to processing mining value chain. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Tertiary education qualification in Mining and/or Geology related disciplines.
  • Experience managing commercial enterprise from lead to cash.
  • Experience leading B2B sales team.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification partnered with mining and/or technology industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other language where Micromine Pitram is deployed (preferably Russian).
