Job Opportunity

The Marketing & Events Coordinator role supports the execution of marketing and event activities across various regions.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is detail-oriented and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute webinars and virtual events using platforms like On24.
  • Support logistics for in-person events, including venue booking, catering, AV coordination, and merchandise.
  • Manage event registration lists and attendee communications.
  • Prepare event materials such as name tags, signage, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and schedules.
Marketing Execution
  • Upload and manage leads into CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Support email marketing campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Assist in social media scheduling and content creation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (On24 or GoToWebinar) and CRM and marketing automation tools.
