Event and Partnership Marketing Specialist

  • The role sits within our Partnerships and Events team, responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of partnerships and events across the Integrated Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support and deploying end-to-end partnerships and event execution.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of partnership opportunities and events deployment, managing assets, ticketing, production, and creative.
  • Reporting and presenting the outcomes of events and partnerships activity to the broader team.
  • Maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders under the direction of the Senior Manager – Events and Partnerships.
Success Criteria:
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to support partnership opportunities in conjunction with event deployment.
  • Delivering best-in-class integrated executions in line with partner commitments and event marketing strategies.
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for external partners, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Supporting studio & content releases with ATL and BTL partner campaigns to drive reach and scale in market.
Ideal Experience:
  • Knowledge of the Australian event and partner marketing landscape.
  • Experience managing internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers.
  • Creating briefing presentations and supporting marketing plans.
  • Understanding media and content landscapes in Australia and New Zealand, including cinema and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • High-level interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
