About the Role

This position offers a dynamic blend of creativity and organisation, supporting end-to-end delivery of national campaigns, premium events, and digital content.

  • End-to-end support on national campaigns and assist in the planning and execution of brand activations and content shoots
  • Liaising with agencies to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Coordinate major events, guest list creation and RSVP tracking
  • Post-event reporting and campaign wrap-ups
  • Maintain backend admin and reporting, including Excel, NetSuite and PowerPoint
  • Support creation of marketing assets (EDMs, social, branded content)
  • Occasional travel for shoots/events

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing support, events, or coordinator role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience working with luxury goods, retail or events is desirable
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working across departments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of NetSuite or Salesforce (training provided)
