Customer Service Officer - Transport

Temp to Perm Opportunity

Monday to Friday

8:30am to 4:30pm

Starting ASAP

My client is a National Transport organisation based in the western suburbs & due to growth we are currently seeking an experienced customer service officer to work on a full time temp to perm basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiriesEnsure the highest level of accuracy with customer requests and bookings.Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure customers receive correct information.Adhoc administration dutiesMaking outbound calls to advise of completion of jobsMeeting KPI targets Liaising with operations to ensure prompt and efficient service To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous customer service experience (transport background preferred)Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative supportAbility to work independently or as part of a teamSAP experience preferredWorking knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
