Job Overview

The Senior Solution Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving market success for ServiceNow's Creator Workflow products. This individual will oversee the sales strategy and execution for these products, which are built on our industry-leading Service Management platform.

Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) during the account planning process, providing input based on territory strategy and recommendations.
  • E nsure that recommendations align with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation and develop strategic plans by partnering with the rest of the account team, customer, and partners.
  • Interact with Solution Consultants (SCs) and Specialist SCs to gather feedback and agree on Capability Roadmaps based on engagement models.
  • Catch AEs, ADRs, ACEs up to speed on foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage sales cycles.
  • Customize responsibility allocation to meet territory and account team needs and celebrate successes.
  • Foster an inclusive environment by championing diversity and belonging.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in ROI analysis for specialty solution areas to lead solution wins.
  • Previous experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service roles.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.

We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
