Seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives across various practice areas and industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans across multiple practices and sectors.
  • Drive revenue growth from existing client portfolios and support efforts to win new work.
  • Coach senior stakeholders through pitch strategy and execution.
  • Manage key client accounts and drive strategic relationship development.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and communications teams to deliver go-to-market campaigns.
  • Lead submissions for legal directories, awards, and media profiling opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in business development within a professional services environment (legal, consulting, accounting, etc.)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with a strategic mindset.
