About the Role

We seek a highly experienced Senior Partner - Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead the way in embedding a proactive culture across diverse operations.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Regional Manager and oversee regional health, safety and wellbeing programs, manage risk registers and provide strategic leadership.

  • Develop and deliver health, safety and wellbeing programs and initiatives that drive results
  • Manage risk registers, incident reporting and regulator liaison with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Mentor and coach health, safety and wellbeing partners and advisors to achieve excellence
  • Deliver training and capability-building across sites to ensure seamless implementation
Skills & Experience Required

To succeed in this critical role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification
  • No less than 5 years' experience in senior WHS roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance and risk management principles
  • Proven experience leading investigations and driving improvement initiatives
