Hotel Overnight Operations Coordinator

The Night Auditor is a crucial part of our hotel's overnight operations, overseeing activities such as reception, reservations, and cash handling.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Night Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring guests receive exceptional service, and providing a seamless experience throughout their stay.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all credit and financial transactions securely, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports for audit purposes.
You will work closely with our finance team to ensure the auditing process is thorough and efficient, adhering to local regulations and brand standards.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol competency card and relevant qualifications in Hotel Management or Business Administration are highly desirable.
A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a Guest Services/Front Office role, preferably in a hotel/hospitality environment, is required along with bilingual or multilingual language skills.
