Launch Venue Operations Director

About the Role- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including bar, dining, gaming, accommodation, and bottleshop
- Implement quality control measures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Manage rosters, costs, GP%, wage control, and supplier relationships to optimize financial performance
- Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, HR, and company policies
This role is perfect for a seasoned hospitality professional with strong leadership capability and a commitment to delivering results.
Requirements- Proven track record in managing large-scale hospitality venues
- Strong understanding of gaming compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and financial management skills
- Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
