Venue Experience Director

The Woodcroft Hotel is a vibrant hospitality venue known for its modern bistro, stylish sports bar, gaming lounge, and versatile function spaces.
We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our team and continue to elevate the guest experience.
This role requires someone who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similarly busy venue
- Positive leadership, warmth, and clear direction
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building on the unforgettable experience for customers and staff, ensuring excellent presentation of the hotel across all areas, and delivering initiatives to drive increased revenue.
Additionally, they will ensure all policies and safe work procedures are communicated and adhered to, oversee compliance matters with support from the team at head office, and positively contribute to the wider leadership group at regular professional development workshops.
