**Marketing Director Role**

We're seeking a highly strategic Marketing Director who can help us create a buzz around our unique properties.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and launching a 360° marketing plan that showcases our brand's personality and values. This will include digital, social, CRM, partnerships, PR, and a dash of analogue creativity.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp strategic mind paired with hands-on execution skills. You'll need to be able to zoom out to the annual plan and zoom in to the day-one launch task. A storytelling flair, presentation confidence, and a knack for rallying partners around a single idea are also essential.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and can weave eco-values into every campaign. Bonus points if you have experience working with lifestyle hotels or hospitality groups.
