Senior Manager Customer Experience

We are seeking an experienced customer service and operations leader to lead a large team delivering energy support programs with a focus on service excellence and customer experience.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to make a real impact in the lives of households and small businesses across NSW.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of a major work program, driving performance to meet ambitious KPIs and ensuring high-quality customer service across multiple channels.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient program delivery and continuous improvement.
Manage resources and risks to safeguard delivery and foster a culture of customer-first service.
About YouYou will be an experienced customer service and operations professional with a proven track record in delivering large-scale customer-facing programs. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership of diverse teams, with skills in customer service, call centre management, digital reform and building partnerships.
You will lead a team, foster an inclusive culture, and deliver real outcomes for customers.
Requirements- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in major program development and delivery.
