About the role

YOUR STUDIO CBR is looking for enthusiastic Instructors to join our team in Mitchell. There are a number of roles to fill across gym circuits, boxing, and reformer pilates. In this casual role, you will have the opportunity to lead engaging and challenging group fitness classes that inspire our members to achieve their health and wellness goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead motivating and effective group fitness classes, such as small group training, boxing, or Pilates
  • Develop class plans that are tailored to the needs and abilities of our members
  • Provide clear and precise verbal and visual cues to ensure participants execute exercises safely and effectively
  • Offer modifications and variations to accommodate participants of all fitness levels
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere to motivate members throughout the class

What we're looking for

  • Nationally recognised qualification in fitness instruction, such as a Certificate III or IV in Fitness and/or Pilates qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, including anatomy, physiology, and exercise programming
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills to engage participants of all ages and fitness levels
  • Ability to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
