Leadership Opportunity for Residential Care Professionals
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Assistant House Supervisors.
This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the daily care of young people in residential care homes. As part of our Out of Home Care Program, you will play a vital role in shaping their experiences while collaborating with the House Supervisor.
- You will step in during the House Supervisor's absence, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment.
- Develop strong relationships with residents and staff to create a positive and inclusive culture.
- Work collaboratively to develop and implement individualised care plans that promote resident growth and development.
- Contribute to a team that is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support services.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence;
- Hold a current and valid Employee Working with Children Check;
- Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by the employer);
- Hold a valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check;
- Relevant Diploma with substantial experience.
